In Word, you use the Ribbon to issue commands. H Ribbon: To tell software what to do, you issue commands. If the document you are closing is the only document open, the Close button also closes Word. Click Save if you want to save your changes, Don't Save if you do not want to save your changes, or Cancel if you have decided not to close your document. It appear below the Quick Access Toolbar and the Title Bar. The Ribbon is a user interface element which was introduced by Microsoft in MS Office 2007.
